This camera was used as a “plate camera” for some visual effects elements. So it was used just barely the last couple of years, even though it was stored nicely and clean. I haven’t shoot with it the last months, but I ran it for a couple of seconds and sounds smooth and silent.

There are a couple of really interesting aspects about the camera:

-First of all, it’s a Arri PL mount, so you can use any modern lenses on it! This is one of the most important aspects, as it let’s you have great lenses from any rental house.

-It has a Super 16 modification, in both magazines and the camera/finder. So you can get the full benefit of any modern Super 16 stock.

-It includes a AZ Spectrum Super 16 Color Video Assist, hard to find already included in any of this cameras!

-It has the Tobin Cinemas TXM-14 Motor, in perfect shape that can give you up to 40FPS. Modern and with great Sync

So overall, works as any modern camera. It’s gorgeous looking and clean.

I include a Nikon F to C mount adapter, plus two lenses, so you can use it our of the box. I use those lenses for quick shoot. They work really good!

-A great Matte Box Arri MB-16. Just the Matte box cost around $500 by itself

-2 Pelican cases fitted to carry the camera.
